Late Spring/Summer 2021...

Well, it’s been a full year since we have booked any private or corporate events.

Luckily, we were able to do some outdoor events and didn’t end up with any positive cases.

But as of last week, we have started the vaccination process and hope to be back in business as full as we can manage, starting at the end of April.

We will still do our best to mitigate risk for others and keep our players safe, but if you are looking for live performers for an event, we have artists available from solo to 6 piece configurations available starting May 1st. If you are interested, reach out to us and we'll get the ball rolling!

ATL Party Bands, LLC welcomes Music Director Chris Hodges to our team!

ATL Party Bands is very excited to welcome Chris Hodges to the team as the agency’s music director:

Chris is a long-time friend of the agency, working as a sub musician in Members Only and Can’t Hardly Wait. An accomplished musician, composer and technical director, Chris brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to the APB team. His outstanding skills and work ethic will bring APB into a new tier of excellence and proficiency, and we are so excited to see what the future holds. Here is his official bio:

“Bassist, songwriter, and composer, Chris Hodges has a deep love for music of all genres. Raised on 80’s funk, 50’s Elvis, and whatever his 5 older brothers were listening to, Chris knew from a young age that music was his future. He spent much of his early career leading his own jazz ensembles and has been performing (on electric and upright bass) with rock, pop, country, smooth jazz, and hip hop bands since the mid 90’s.”

Members Only plays SOLD OUT Fernbank After Dark series!

This past Friday our flagship act Members Only played at Fernbank History Museum for their “After Dark” series!

If you have never been to Fernbank the main atrium is simply breathtaking.

For event planners who have used this space before it can be very challenging sound-wise. In our case we decided to put the band in as a trio and run all instruments direct through the sound system. Including drums.

While not our usual set up it allowed our team to deliver top-shelf audio and entertainment at a volume that any guest could enjoy while still being able to hold a conversation!

We were so grateful for the staff at Fernbank and GoodFoot Productions for providing a safe and fun event for us and their guests. We can do that for you too! If you need top-notch entertainment for your event let us know!

Members Only RETURNS at Monroe "Summer" concert Series!

HEY EVERYONE!

So….this year hasn’t really worked out the way we planned. Around March all of our events were either postponed or cancelled. We have spent that time doing other things but FINALLY got a chance to get up and play for the good people of Monroe this past weekend!

This gig was originally scheduled for May, but was moved 3 TIMES until they had a protocol that they could provide safe conditions for the audience and we can definitely say IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT!!!

ATL Party Bands has the utmost respect for the safety of our clients and musicians. While we have taken time off we are still working on providing world-class entertainment for our clients in innovative ways. If you would like to host an outdoor, socially distanced event let us know!

Last Wednesday our premiere 80’s band Members Only played for Carolina Ale House GM’s at the Crowne Plaza in Atlanta.

Members Only - Private Halloween Party in Sandy Springs

Members Only was back at it this weekend for a super fun private party in Sandy Springs! While the weather made for a challenging load in/set up, the rain cleared and we had an amazing night!

Members Only at Roswell High School's 30th Reunion!

This past weekend we had the honor of playing at Roswell High School’s 30th reunion at the newly renovated Brookfield Country Club!

This was a fun event because the class of 89 put a band together to open the night for us!

Once they got the crowd warmed up we came out and had a blast cranking out the hits for some great people!

We even shot a short video commercial about it!

Can't Hardly Wait/Members Only at Wild Leap's 2nd Birthday!

This one was a huge milestone for ATL Party Bands! Wild Leap Brewing and Goodfoot Productions entrusted us to provide two of our signature acts for Wild Leap’s second birthday party!

Members Only had the honor of being the first band to play at Wild Leap for their Halloween party , and they were joined by our 90’s band Can’t Hardly Wait to provide an evening of fun songs for their guests.

This past weekend Members Only was asked to play for Walton High School’s 30th Reunion. We had the honor of playing at the brand new and GORGEOUS City Hall of Sandy Springs. Members Only at Back to School Bash for City of Canton

This past Friday Members Only played for The City of Canton at their Back to School Bash! We had played another concert series earlier in the summer but it got rained out. This was our make up date.

There was lots of family activities and we really enjoyed meeting all of the families after our show! We can’t thank the City of Canton and Speedy Productions enough!

Solo Acoustic at Painted Horse Winery

This past weekend we had the honor of being the first artist to perform at The Painted Horse Winery in Milton. Painted horse has the distinction of being the ONLY winery in Fulton County!

The new stage is roomy and GORGEOUS!

We had a bit of rain during load in but the weather cleared up and we had a beautiful night of wine and live music!

Painted Horse is an amazing space for social evenings and private events. We highly recommend reaching out to Pamela, Juliette and their team to partner for your next gathering!

Members Only at The Wine Group's "Tribute" Launch Party!

This past Tuesday our epic 80’s tribute Members Only was asked to play for a corporate event at Fado Irish Pub in Buckhead to help The Wine Group launch Benziger Family Winery’s new line of “Tribute” wines from Sonoma, California!

Owner Chris Benzinger himself came to introduce the wine (and us) to their guests! They were a fun group to play for!

The crowd was on their feet the whole night and we had a blast cranking out the hits for them. There’s even talk of future work together. Also, the wine is INCREDIBLE!!!!
